I guess everyone out there is getting ready to go party... While I'm spending a very peaceful time alone at home. My brothers are out too. You know you're old when you no longer want to crack your head and think of what to do on new year's eve.
Unlike the previous new year's eves when I would actually go around checking out for places to go for countdown and all, maybe it's the diarrhea I got since few days ago and I'm not really fit to anyhow drink anything or be fed anything.
Feels like its back to 5 years ago in Dec 2006. It was after exams and I had diarrhea after eating the oyster omelette, just two days before I flew home. And continue to have diarrhea for the next two weeks at home. Lost 5 kg after that. Haha. But then I easily gain back the 5kg very soon.
Can't really remember what I did for that year's new year eve but since I was in Brunei that time, I probably was doing the same thing I did this year; staying in bed, thinking of what happened thruout the year and stuff like that. Didn't have much thought about this year though. Actually I could hardly recall what happened. It's either I just didn't want to remember or I really am old already with fading memory power.
Partied away my 2007, 2008 and 2009's new year's eve. And chose to go for Chong pang nasi lemak for dinner with my lil bro last year. This year I'm staying alone at home writing this while nursing my poor tummy which hasn't been feeling well since Tuesday.
And as for new year resolutions... I guess it will be 'to quit doing one thing that you havent been happy doing it'. My new year's resolution last year was to 'change', supposedly for more drastic changes but unfortunately nothing much changed.
Hopefully 2012 will bring more changes, for better or worse, I'm ready for it. Bring it on.
